It concerns a plot with the cadastral number 43:40:003010:525, located on Svetlaya Street near house No. 21. The gates are recognized as illegally placed movable property.
The owners of the structure were not found by the operatives – a letter from police department No. 3 was received by the administration stating that there was no information about the owners. In this regard, the municipality decided to act in the manner of self-defense of rights.
The resolution is dated April 9, 2026. The owner has 10 working days for voluntary demolition – the deadline is counted from the moment the document is published on the official website of the administration. If the owner does not come forward and does not remove the structure, the administration will dismantle it themselves. However, they plan to do this… no later than December 31, 2028.
