The prosecutor's office punished the city hall for the mess with the buses.

The problem escalated at the beginning of the year when route No. 90 was extended to the village of Kurochkino. To maintain transportation accessibility for the residents of the village of Lomovskoy, the authorities introduced free transfers. However, in practice, the system has failed: the transfer bus regularly deviates from the schedule by 4-6 minutes, especially during the day and on weekends. As a result, passengers miss the main route. Moreover, it turned out that route No. 90 itself also operates with violations.

The situation is exacerbated by a lack of transport: not all buses are on the line, causing the cabins to be overcrowded. Complaints from residents have been coming in since the first days of the new scheme's operation.

After a public appeal, the prosecutor's office conducted an inspection and confirmed violations of the municipal contract conditions. Moreover, the supervisory agency established that the Kirov administration is not engaging in claims work with the carrier, despite the presence of objective data. All buses are equipped with a satellite monitoring system, and information about their movement is accumulated in the Central Dispatch Service.

As a result of the inspection, a proposal was submitted to the head of the city administration to eliminate the violations.
