"Medialogy" has prepared a ranking of the heads of subjects of Russia for March of this year. According to the ranking data, the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, rose three places among the regions of the Volga Federal District over the month, landing in eighth place out of 14. His media index amounted to 28,787.5 points. As for the ranking of regions in Russia, Sokolov is positioned at 43rd out of 89, having sharply risen by 17 positions. Among the leaders of the ranking are the heads of Moscow, the Moscow region, and the Leningrad region, while the outsiders are the heads of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Republics of Kalmykia, and Tuva.
