Kirov bailiffs found the "lost" debtor's account and wrote off 135 thousand.
In the Kirov region, a complicated debt collection story has come to an end involving a 42-year-old resident of the area and OJSC "City Dairy Plant." The man owed the company 135,000 rubles, but instead of repaying the debt, he chose a strategy of evasion.
The problem for the bailiffs was that the debtor had effectively disappeared from sight. He had not appeared at his official place of registration, which meant that serving him with a summons or a demand to appear using traditional methods was unsuccessful. The man hoped that his absence from home and lack of money in old accounts would make him immune to the law.
However, an employee of the enforcement agency applied an unconventional approach. Instead of waiting, the bailiff conducted digital reconnaissance and discovered that the debtor had recently opened a new bank account at one of the credit institutions. This information proved to be sufficient.
As soon as the account was found, the bailiff promptly sent a ruling on the enforcement of the debt to the bank. The financial organization deducted not only the entire amount of the principal debt — 135,000 rubles — from the man's deposit but also an additional enforcement fee. The latter became a penalty for the prolonged disregard of obligations.
When the money was credited to the deposit account of the bailiffs' department for the Belokholunitsky district, the enforcement proceedings were closed. The wording in the documents was "due to the actual fulfillment of the requirements." Now the dairy plant has 135,000 rubles more, while the debtor has a tarnished credit history and a lesson that opening a new account does not mean hiding from the law.

Kirov bailiffs found the "lost" debtor's account and wrote off 135 thousand.
A resident of the Belokholunitsky district had been hiding from creditors for over a year: he did not pay his bills and did not live at his registered address. However, the bailiffs were quicker — they tracked down his new bank account and forcibly sent the money to the factory. The debt accumulated before the city dairy plant has been settled along with a fine for evasion.
