According to the State Housing Inspection, the management company "Lidergrad" has been held administratively liable twice for violations of licensing requirements related to the conclusion of contracts for the performance of work within the maintenance of in-house gas equipment. As a result, 98 apartment buildings were removed from its management. Now, the owners need to choose a new management company, otherwise, the local authorities will do it for them.
In addition, the State Housing Inspection plans to file a lawsuit for the annulment of the license of the aforementioned company in the near future. This was reported by the agency's press service.
It should be noted that, according to open sources, the management company operated in Kirov, Sovetsk, and the Verkhnekamsky district.
