Kirov police found migrant violators.
In the Kirov region, an operational and preventive event aimed at curbing violations of migration legislation has been completed. Police officers drew up 40 protocols for administrative offenses. Most often, inspectors recorded cases where foreign citizens violated the stay regime in the Russian Federation — there were 28 such episodes. Another 12 violations pertain to the hosting side: landlords or employers did not comply with migration registration rules.
The violators will be fined a substantial amount — 1 million 335 thousand rubles. However, the matter did not end with fines. The register of controlled persons revealed three foreigners. One of them was not only fined but will also be expelled from Russia — in the form of a controlled voluntary departure. The other two were handed notifications about the reduction of their temporary stay period.
Particular attention was paid by the police to Kirov. Two crimes were identified there. In the first case, a Russian citizen organized the illegal stay of a foreign citizen. Her actions exhibit signs of a crime under Part 1 of Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organization of illegal migration"). The second episode is related to fictitious registration: a Russian citizen registered a foreigner in a residential premises where he had never lived. This falls under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen").
Currently, the police are conducting checks on both facts. Based on the results of the investigation, procedural decisions will be made.
