      The schedule for the removal of solid municipal waste (SMW) for gardening associations is determined when submitting an application for the conclusion of a contract — it depends on the volume of waste generated. At the same time, the association must have its own container site, included in the register of SMW accumulation points.

      There are also requirements for the sites: they must have a solid surface and be fenced on three sides. They must be located at a distance of no less than 20 meters and no more than 500 meters from the boundaries of the garden plots. In addition, access roads and drainage for melt and rainwater must be provided to the accumulation points (clause 3 SanPiN 2.1.3684-21).

      The gardening association concludes a contract for waste management services exclusively with the regional operator – JSC "Kuprit". At the same time, the gardening association has the right to conclude separate contracts with third-party organizations only for the removal of waste not related to SMW, for example, branches or construction debris.

      The contract can be formalized in several ways: by visiting the office at Pugacheva Street, 1B (on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on Friday until 4:00 PM), leaving an application on the website of the Regional Operator, or sending documents by email to cuprit@cuprit.ru.
