The total area is almost 11.6 thousand square meters (length - 1.564 km). The contractor will need to mill the old surface, patch the potholes, lay a leveling layer and new asphalt (type A16B on PBV), strengthen the shoulders with gravel, and even replace the curbs.

Two participants reached the final stretch. Both offered the same price—42.6 million rubles. Participant No. 1 was recognized as the winner. The evaluation criteria were standard: 60% significance—price, 40%—qualification (experience in executing similar contracts over the past 5 years). Timelines and warranty
The contractor must begin work immediately after signing the contract and complete it by July 31, 2026. The warranty for the top layer of the surface is 8 years. The contract performance security is 8.5 million rubles (20% of the initial (maximum) contract price).
