Energy companies will start bankrupting debtors after April 30.
If the debt is growing and the client pretends that nothing is happening, the company goes to court — to initiate bankruptcy. According to Guzel Khubeeva, the director of accounts receivable at the Kirov branch, if the debts are not settled by April 30, then in May, utility providers will start bankruptcy procedures against chronic non-payers. What will happen to the bankrupt debtor: property will be auctioned off — to settle with creditors; during the procedure, it will be impossible to dispose of one's income; a ban on leaving the country; deterioration of credit history; management positions will also be banned for a long time. How to avoid this: pay the March bill by April 15 (on the website, in the app, at the office); by April 30, conclude an installment agreement — pay 30% of the debt immediately and regularly pay current charges. An installment plan can be arranged through the online service, personal account, or sales office.
