В Кирове подрядчики начали мыть дороги после зимы, выведя на улицы поливомоечные машины. В регионе проводятся работы по очистке проезжей части. На данный момент техника очищает поверхность от грязи, перемещая её к бордюрам. Все операции осуществляются только в дневное время, однако с наступлением положительных ночных температур планируется перейти на круглосуточный режим.
Вячеслав Абрамчук, заместитель руководителя подрядной организации по содержанию улично-дорожной сети, сообщил: «Мы задействуем поливомоечные машины, которые под давлением очищают проезжие части и бордюры. Началась цикличная работа, и в дальнейшем мы будем использовать магистральные пылесосы».
В данный момент в уборке проезжих частей участвуют шесть бригад специалистов ручного труда. К концу недели их число возрастет до двенадцати. В городе также началась мойка ограждений и остановок общественного транспорта.
Максим Егоров, исполняющий обязанности руководителя дирекции благоустройства города Кирова, отметил: «Мы моем вручную ограждения, как оцинкованные, так и металлические, а также начинаем очищать остановки от зимних наклеек каждый день».
До конца мая планируется завершить покраску остановочных павильонов и вернуть на места скамейки и урны, которые были убраны на зимний период.
