From March 9 to March 20, a "hotline" was operating in the region, dedicated to Consumer Rights Protection Day. During this period, the Kirov office of Rospotrebnadzor and the "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology" received 322 inquiries. Among them were 181 verbal complaints and 141 written ones.
Most often, residents of the Kirov region complained about issues related to purchasing goods online, returning purchased items, services in the housing and utilities sector, communication services, filing lawsuits, as well as tourism, financial, and transportation services. Specialists informed all interested parties about what to do in various situations.
