In Kirov, a guest with a knife robbed a man.

      According to the Kirov city police department, the victim invited an unknown man to his dormitory room. During their drinking together, the situation got out of control: the guest grabbed a knife and began to threaten the host, demanding money. The victim had no cash, so the criminal took the television and fled. The police quickly identified the suspect. He turned out to be a previously convicted resident of Kirov born in 1968. He was detained by patrol officers and taken to the police station. A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery using an object used as a weapon"). An investigation is underway. The article's sanction provides for up to 10 years of imprisonment.
