      In the Kirov region, violations were discovered at a dairy enterprise in the Sanchursky district. It turned out that the products were made from raw materials with low milk fat content.

      As reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor, the violation was detected on March 23 during monitoring of the "Mercury" system. It was found that on March 11, the enterprise produced more than 8 tons of products — butter, cottage cheese, milk, and sour cream — from raw materials with reduced fat content.

      At the same time, all products were sold in the Kirov region and the Mari El Republic.

      The agency noted that unreliable data about raw materials and product characteristics could have been entered into the system. This is a violation of the requirements of legislation on the quality and safety of food products.

      The enterprise was issued a warning, and the registration of the authorized person in the "Mercury" system was temporarily suspended.
