Recently, the VI Summer Spartakiad of Youth of Russia in Wushu concluded in Vologda. The competition featured 160 athletes from 33 regions of Russia and the People's Republic of China. The Kirov region was represented by Darya Semakina, a student of the Sports School of Olympic Reserve "Yunost." "Darya showed excellent results, winning a silver medal in the 'Dao Shu' program and a bronze medal in the 'Changquan' program," the Ministry of Sports of Kirov Region reported.
