Among those detained is flight DP513 of the Pobeda airline, which was supposed to depart from Pulkovo to Kirov on the evening of March 22. According to the online scoreboard, the registration for the flight was scheduled to end at 23:00, with departure at 01:55. However, due to the imposed restrictions, the Boeing 737-800 remains on the ground. According to the online scoreboard of Pobedilovo, the expected arrival time is 03:34 on March 23. Passengers who have already checked in are in the airport area waiting for new announcements. There is currently no information on when the flight will take off. The situation remains under control.
