For these purposes, almost 119.4 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget. The competition to determine the contractor has been completed, and the winner has been announced, as reported in the documents on the state procurement portal.
The work will take place on the section from the 39th to the 43rd kilometer – a total of 4.35 kilometers of road. The contractor will need to mill the old surface, lay a leveling layer and the top layer of asphalt, strengthen the shoulders, and apply road markings.
Two companies participated in the competition. One offered to complete the work for 108 million rubles, while the other proposed the full contract amount of 119.35 million. Despite the higher price, the second participant was recognized as the winner: they scored more points on non-price criteria (quality of work, qualifications). The second contender received zero points for quality.
The customer is the "Road Committee of the Kirov Region."
