The Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Kirov region is searching for the minor children — Fyodor Andreyevich Orlov, born in 2018, and Maria Andreyevna Orlova, born in 2019. The agency reported that the children's mother — Svetlana Alexandrovna Orlova, born in 1986, is evading the court's decision regarding the communication arrangement with their father. It is believed that the children have been taken out of Russia by their mother.
