      Такое мнение директор Кировского филиала Президентской академии выразила в интервью журналу «Человек Дела-Киров» (входит в экосистему «Бизнес новостей»).

      — Философия управления претерпела серьезные изменения. Если ранее основным приоритетом было повышение квалификации, то теперь акцент смещается на формирование эффективных лидеров для государственного управления. Современный госуправленец должен не просто уметь работать с финансами, а достичь с их помощью реальных, измеримых социальных и экономических результатов. Ему необходимо обладать навыками прогнозирования, стратегического планирования, участвовать в конкурсах на гранты и национальных проектах, правильно составлять заявки, сметы и осуществлять закупки. Сегодня финансово-экономическая и управленческая компетенции охватывают все уровни власти, включая школы и колледжи, которые задействованы в различных программах, — отметила Елена Сергеевна, отвечая на вопрос о современных подходах в сфере дополнительного образования.
