      Age also affects priorities. Young people under 35 lead in the desire to exercise (39%), study (32%) and learn foreign languages (23%). Kirov residents aged 35 to 45 are more likely than others to want to pay more attention to loved ones (38%), improve their personal life (34%) and rest more (28%). Among city residents over 45, popular plans are to take up hobbies (30%), carry out renovations (22%) and give up bad habits (20%).

      Notably, those with secondary vocational education more often choose sports, hobbies and education, whereas Kirov residents with higher education more often think about studying foreign languages and resting. Among respondents with incomes of 150,000 rubles or more there are more who plan to pay attention to family and learn to relax, while residents earning up to 80,000 rubles more often speak of a desire to change their worldview and learn a foreign language.
