The Ministry of Health of the Kirov Region reported the death of the former deputy chief physician of the perinatal center. Vladimir Ivanovich worked in regional healthcare for more than 50 years. He was deputy chief physician of Maternity Hospital No. 2 in the city of Kirov, later of the Kirov Regional Clinical Perinatal Center.
Vladimir Shindryaev graduated from the Gorky State Medical Institute in 1967, completed an internship at the Kirov Regional Clinical Hospital in the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology, and then worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the Uninsky Central District Hospital.
In 1970 he joined Maternity Hospital No. 2 (now the Kirov Regional Clinical Perinatal Center) as an obstetrician-gynecologist; in 1977 he was appointed deputy chief physician for medical affairs, a position he held until June 1, 2020.
Vladimir Ivanovich combined his clinical work with teaching at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Kirov State Medical University.
The farewell for Vladimir Shindryaev will take place on Wednesday, January 14, at 10:00 in the "Ritual" hall at 13A Mendeleeva Street.
