In Kirov Oblast, over the 24-hour period from 6 a.m. on January 3 to 6 a.m. on January 4, one man-made fire occurred. The blaze broke out in a private bathhouse on Truda Lane in Kilmezi. The fire covered an area of 5 square meters; the preliminary cause was a malfunction of the heating stove. Seven EMERCOM personnel and two vehicles were involved in extinguishing it.
In addition, fire and rescue units responded to five road traffic accidents and other emergency incidents across the region. The EMERCOM press service did not provide details on casualties or material damage.
EMERCOM reminds residents of the region to observe fire safety rules and to be careful on the roads.
