According to amateur meteorologists, the most active zone of the cyclone associated with intense snowfalls is currently moving into the territory of Kirov Oblast. The main band of precipitation is shifting from the southwest to the northeast.
The heaviest snow is forecast for the south of the region. In Kirov and the central districts of the oblast, moderately heavy snowfalls are expected, with local reductions in visibility and difficult road conditions possible.
