In Kirov, residents of the Fileyka neighborhood reported the appearance of a stray dog near houses No. 2 and No. 4 on Luganskaya Street. This information appeared in the "Kulturalnaya Fileyka" group on VKontakte.
According to eyewitnesses, an adult female shepherd dog has been in the area for about a day. The dog looks thin and is not wearing a collar. It is noted that the animal is not showing aggression, but it does not approach people closely and barks periodically. Residents assume the dog may have owners and ask anyone who recognizes her to come forward.
In the comments to the post, users also reported that the dog was likely brought by car and abandoned in the area. Allegedly this was captured on surveillance cameras, but there is no official confirmation of this information.
Residents continue to search for the animal's owners and hope the shepherd dog will not be left on the street.
