The auction to acquire a non-residential premises in Moscow for the needs of the Kirov Region was declared unsuccessful. According to the protocol summarizing the results of the electronic auction, no bids were submitted for the procurement, which was valued at 250 million rubles.
This concerns the procurement titled “Acquisition of a non-residential premises in the territory of the city of Moscow,” posted by the Ministry of Property Relations of the Kirov Region. The starting (maximum) contract price was 250 million rubles. The auction results were finalized on December 8, 2025; however, in accordance with the requirements of the law on the contract system, the procedure was declared unsuccessful due to the absence of participants.
Earlier reports indicated that the region planned to purchase a turnkey, fully operational premises — finished, with engineering systems and comprising 13 rooms, including restrooms. According to the documentation, the property was to be located in a building constructed in 2004, within walking distance of the metro and public transport stops.
Plans to buy the representative office emerged back in the autumn: the region’s 2026 budget included budgetary investments of 270 million rubles, of which 250 million were allocated for the premises itself, with an area of at least 400 square meters, and another 20 million for the purchase of two parking spaces.
