Is the future beautiful? A neural network showed Kirov a hundred years from now.

      Using ordinary and familiar scenes of the city's streets, parks and squares, as well as places significant to our city, a neural network showed what Kirov will look like in one hundred years.

      Note that three scenarios were used to generate the images: if everything in the political, social and economic life of the city remains at the current level (for example, a deficit budget, unresolved social issues, leadership that will adhere to the same schemes and principles as now). The second scenario — a budget surplus, socially oriented authorities (in practice, not just in reports), and the third — if IT technologies rapidly develop and become commonplace in the life of every Kirov resident, roughly like a vacuum cleaner is today.

      This is the Northern Hospital. In 2015 it received the status of an emergency medical care hospital. It is also located in Fileyka, at 4 Sverdlov Street.
