      According to the lawyer, a previously unknown person remotely took out several loans in the name of a woman from Kirov. After some time, her debts to the bank were bought out by a debt-collection agency. The agency then filed lawsuits in court demanding that the woman repay them.

      Mikhailov, who took on defending the debtor's interests, after studying the documents submitted by the collectors, expressed the opinion that they may have contained false information stating that the woman was aware of the purchase of her debts. Moreover, the agency allegedly could not prove that she had been notified.

      The lawyer sent the materials for review to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov Region. There they will determine whether the plaintiff actually violated the law.

      As for the person who took out the loans in the woman's name, he has been found. According to Mikhailov, when applying for the loans he gave his own phone number.
