      The lawyer sent the materials for review to the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov Region. There they will determine whether the plaintiff actually violated the law.

      As for the person who took out the loans in the woman's name, he has been found. According to Mikhailov, when applying for the loans he gave his own phone number.
