Previously Olga Vladimirovna worked as a lecturer at Vyatka State University (VyatSU). Before working in the ministry, Kazarinova served as vice‑rector for research and innovation at the Institute for Education Development of the Kirov Region. It is known that Olga Vladimirovna has extensive teaching experience.
