A real-world example: one of Hlynov’s clients was able to abandon agency schemes and return to traditional settlement methods after payments in Turkish lira resumed in July.
National currencies — the new norm
The dollar and the euro are gradually giving way to direct settlements in the national currencies of partner countries. In July Hlynov Bank launched direct payments to Serbia, Brazil, Laos and Thailand. What this means for businesses: lower conversion costs and greater financial independence.
