Yesterday, November 15, Kirov was hit by a heavy snowfall. As a result, power outages occurred across the region.
According to the "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov" public group, electricity was partially lost in the Orichevsky and Kirovo-Chepetsky districts, and in the city of Kirov (Doronichi, Sadakovsky and Kostino).
