Temperatures at night will range from –1 to +1 °C, during the day from 0 to +2 °C. Icy conditions on the roads are expected at night.

      On Sunday, November 16, rain turning to snow will occur at night in Kirov, during the day — no significant precipitation. The wind will be westerly, with gusts up to 12 m/s. Temperatures will fall: at night –4…–6 °C, during the day –2…–4 °C. Icy conditions will persist.

      On Monday, November 17, no precipitation is expected; it will be cloudy with clear spells. Southwest and south winds will strengthen to 8–13 m/s. Temperatures at night –4…–6 °C, during the day –1…–3 °C. Icy patches on the roads are also possible in places.

      Difficult weather conditions are also forecast across the region during these days: on Saturday — rain, rain with snow, local glazing and wet snow sticking to power lines and trees, with gusts up to 17 m/s. On Sunday night light to moderate rain with snow is possible, during the day — mainly no precipitation. On Monday — no significant precipitation, but with southerly winds up to 13 m/s.
