A School for SNT Chairmen is launching in Kirov.
The School, operating in Kirov for 15 years at the initiative of the Chairman of the Union of Gardeners of Russia and State Duma deputy Oleg Valenchuk, offers a unique opportunity for the heads of SNTs (gardeners' non-profit partnerships) to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of garden associations.
The modern realities of gardening require its leaders to constantly keep their finger on the pulse, especially amid changes in legislation.
"Chairpersons are the leading figures of garden associations. The competence and skills they possess determine how competently and lawfully work in an SNT will be organized, and therefore how comfortable the gardeners will feel," says Oleg Valenchuk.
Within the School, chairpersons and accountants of garden associations will be able not only to receive up-to-date information but also to ask questions of specialists in various fields, making the training as practical and useful as possible.
The meeting will include discussion of several important topics with invited experts — specialists from the Kirov Regional Office of the Federal Tax Service and JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov. The lawyer of the Union of Gardeners of Russia, Vladimir Pikulin, will also answer chairpersons' questions.
The first session, which will take place on November 19 in the building of the territorial administration for the Pervomaisky District, will begin at 3:00 PM. Admission to the event is free.
