In Kirov, Rosgvardiya officers were dispatched three times overnight to fights in bars and cafes.

The first call came at around two a.m. from a bar on Pavla Korchagina Street. Two men born in 1989 and 1991 argued and started a fight inside the premises. In the heat of the conflict they damaged the establishment’s property — breaking a coat rack and tearing a banner. The administration estimated the damage at about 14,000 rubles.

A couple of hours later an alarm call came from a café on Svobody Street. A scuffle occurred there between two previously convicted patrons who were intoxicated. One of the men struck his opponent in the head several times, after which the man lost consciousness. Rosgvardiya officers and medics arrived at the scene. The injured man was given assistance, but both participants refused to file a statement.

Another call came at around five a.m. from a café on Vladimirskaya Street. This time a 26-year-old woman from Kirov was involved. The intoxicated woman was shouting loudly, waving her arms, and disturbing other patrons. Security staff tried to calm the troublemaker and escort her out of the hall, but she did not respond to requests.

In all cases the public order offenders were handed over to the police for further investigation.
