Zotin headed the Department of Urban Economy.

      The new appointment at the Kirov mayor’s office was announced by the former director of the Kirov Motor Transport Enterprise, Denis Pyrlog, on his Telegram channel. “Despite the presence of questions regarding the career of the former deputy head of the administration, I believe the temporary ‘acting’ prefix will soon disappear. I remind you that Sergey Anatolyevich previously headed the Department of Urban Services and for two years served as deputy head of the administration, directly overseeing the activities of that division,” Pyrlog wrote.

      The former head of the Kirov Motor Transport Enterprise noted that, compared with his predecessor Dmitry Kuzmin, Zotin has greater managerial experience in the field of municipal services.

      “If he were now to successfully resolve the issue of the closure of the fifth trolleybus route and defend it, his merits would be particularly highly valued by the residents of the city of Kirov,” Pyrlog said.
