In Kirov, Rosgvardiya officers detained three thieves and two troublemakers.

      The first call came at around nine in the evening from a sauna on Lepse Street. Officers of the security service who arrived found two men, aged 25 and 27, who had beaten a visitor born in 1967. The victim refused medical assistance, and the attackers were taken to the police station for questioning.

      A few hours later, at about five in the morning, National Guard officers went to Rimma Yurovskaya Street. A shopkeeper reported two young men, aged 23 and 26, who had attempted to take merchandise without paying for it. The offenders were also detained and handed over to the police.

      Another call came at about eleven in the morning from Oktyabrsky Avenue. There, officers of the security service detained a 20-year-old resident of Kirov who was attempting to take goods past the checkout. He, like the previous offenders, was taken to the police station.
