Kirov residents were told where to turn if their apartment is too hot or too cold.
The company stressed that in such cases residents should contact their property management company or homeowners’ association (HOA), not the heat supplier. It is the management organizations that are responsible for the condition of in‑building communications and the even distribution of heat throughout the building.
Heat utility companies, in turn, provide the supply of heat up to the boundary of the building. If residents do contact T Plus directly, company specialists, together with representatives of the management company, inspect the heat supply parameters and, if necessary, provide recommendations for system adjustment.
To maintain a comfortable temperature in apartments, special devices are installed in the heating units of apartment buildings — elevators, balancing valves, throttling devices and automatic heat consumption control systems. Specialists from the management organizations handle their adjustment.
Kirov residents were also reminded that in the event of air in the risers, radiator ruptures, or lack of heating in one of the rooms, they should contact their management company or HOA. The dispatch service’s contact details are listed on the housing maintenance bill.
