In Kirov, Rosgvardia officers detained two offenders in a single day.

      Over the past 24 hours Rosgvardiya officers twice responded to alarm calls from different locations in Kirov, the agency’s press service said. In the morning, law enforcement officers arrived at a shopping center on Luganskaya Street, where they detained a 52-year-old man. He had attempted to secretly carry out construction goods worth about three thousand rubles. The offender was taken to a police station. In the evening, Rosgvardiya officers responded to a call from a bar on Moskovskaya Street. The reason for the call was a 47-year-old patron who refused to pay for his order. He was also handed over to the police.
