The contractor's duties also include preparing the slides for operation and monitoring their technical condition, which may, possibly, be checked with his own backside. Given the amount offered for the work, the contractor faces a considerable risk. After all, the remaining duties are not related to direct impact on the "point of support." For example, the contractor will need to maintain the safety and functionality of the slides, prevent children from using them if a slide is damaged and riding it could harm their health. It is also necessary to ensure there are no obstacles that could cause injuries, and, if necessary, remove obstacles in the sliding area. This likely refers to branches, sticks, trash, etc.
