In Kirov, it was proposed to transfer the apartment building at 26 Dinamovsky Proezd to the parish of the Spassky Cathedral of the Vyatka Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church. It contains 20 apartments, all of which have been vacated. The building was declared unsafe and subject to reconstruction, which in theory should be undertaken by the church. It should also be noted that it is a cultural heritage site.
In addition, a proposal was made to transfer the building at 22a Podgornaya to the Kirov Region Alpine Skiing Federation for free use. The federation had previously been housed there; the proposal is to extend the term for another five years. The aim is to use it as a ski base.
Final decisions on these matters will be made at the Duma's final meeting. It will take place next week.
