Employees of the administration were fined for giving false testimony.

      In Malmyzh, the criminal cases against two employees of the local administration have concluded. The court found that employees of the accounting and personnel departments gave knowingly false testimony and presented falsified evidence in a civil case. Earlier, the prosecutor of the Malmyzh district demanded that nearly 200,000 rubles in unlawfully obtained payments be recovered from the former head of the Kalininsky rural settlement. During the proceedings, administration staff attempted to influence the outcome of the case, but the court rejected the materials they submitted and granted the prosecutor’s claim. After that, an inquiry into the employees was conducted, and the investigative authorities initiated criminal cases. The court found the defendants guilty. The personnel department employee was fined 50,000 rubles, and the accounting employee was fined 15,000 rubles.
