Over 50,000 square meters have been built in Kirov under KRT contracts.
The Kirov administration summed up the results of implementing the agreements on comprehensive territory development signed in 2021. The total area of developed land plots exceeded 50,000 square meters.
As part of fulfilling their obligations, the developers carried out site improvement works and repairs to city roads. Major repairs were carried out on sections of Polevaya Street, Ordzhonikidze Street and Timinsky Lane.
In addition, funds were transferred to the city budget free of charge for the construction of a 100-place kindergarten at 72b Truda Street, as well as for the premises of a 50-place integrated kindergarten at 182 Vladimirskaya Street.
