We sent a request to JSC Kuprit, which told us that the container site at 1 Poroshinskaya Street is indeed cluttered, but not due to a shortage of containers, rather because of the actions of unscrupulous waste generators — those who leave waste improperly.
"The waste collection equipment at the site is installed in accordance with waste-generation standards. Since a contract with the regional operator has been signed for this location, the area within a 20-meter radius will be cleaned. The work is scheduled for Thursday," the company noted.
