The Sixth Cassation Court upheld the legality of the Kirov Region Ministry of Environmental Protection's demands to remove fences that had blocked access to the pond in the village of Filimonovshchina in Kirovo-Chepetsky District, the ministry's press service reported.
Earlier, similar decisions were issued by the Kirovo-Chepetsky District Court and the Kirov Regional Court. The landowners tried to appeal them, but the higher court denied their complaint. According to the decision, the fences must be dismantled within one month of its entry into force.
