More than 250 liters of illegal alcohol were seized in Kirov.
Over the past week police officers identified 26 violations and seized more than 250 liters of alcohol from circulation. Most often the violations involved sales in the premises of apartment buildings, where the sale of alcohol is prohibited by law.
Administrative cases have been drawn up against those responsible and will be sent to court. Two stores on Lenina and Sovetskaya streets, where large consignments of illegal alcohol had previously been seized, ceased operations by court order. Today their doors were sealed by court bailiffs.
In the first nine months of 2025, 785 violations in the trade of alcohol-containing products were identified in Kirov. A total of 10,678 liters of alcohol were seized from illegal circulation.
