A major project to grow raspberries and blackcurrants has started in the Malmyzhsky District of the Kirov Region. Farmer Fail Kalimullin received a 5 million ruble "AgroStart" grant in 2024. With this money he bought equipment, planting material and created 2 jobs.
Currently the farm plans to harvest 14 centners of blackcurrants and 24 centners of raspberries. In the future the farmer intends to develop a seedling nursery and also expand the plantations.
