In the Kirov region, the prosecutor's office moved to defend the rights of medical staff from the Pizhanskaya Central District Hospital who were deprived of incentive payments.

An inspection showed that in March 2024 the Pizhanskaya Central District Hospital stopped paying staff for performing additional work. As a result, doctors and nurses were underpaid by about 180,000 rubles.
After the employees appealed to the supervisory authority, the prosecutor prepared a lawsuit. However, the case did not reach a hearing — the hospital administration, complying with the prosecutor's demands, transferred all unpaid funds to the medical staff.
