Alexander Churin announced in his Telegram channel that he had received the departmental medal of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation “For Labour Valour.”
“This award is not only a personal recognition but also an acknowledgment of the work of our entire team. True professionals work within the Selmash Group. Every day they invest effort and expertise to create equipment on which the effectiveness of the army, agriculture and industry as a whole directly depends,” Alexander Anatolyevich noted.
He emphasized: “I perceive this medal as confirmation of the importance of our joint work. It is trust in the results we achieve together and in the plans that still remain to be implemented.”
“I am grateful to the Ministry of Defense for the high appraisal. For me, it is additional motivation to continue working so that each of our projects benefits the state, the industry and the people,” Alexander Churin concluded.
He also thanked the staff of the enterprises that are part of the Selmash Group: “Mechanical engineering is the ability to assemble the future piece by piece. I am proud of how confidently the Selmash Group’s team works. Thanks to your labor and responsibility, the Selmash factories, JSC Kirov Machine Plant 1 May and Vyatka are strengthening the industrial potential of the region and the country.”
According to him, the strength of any equipment begins with the strength of the people who create it: “On the eve of the holiday we recognized the best employees: factory workers received departmental awards from the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.”
Alexander Churin expressed particular gratitude to veterans. He emphasized: “The experience of veterans and the energy of the young—that is what keeps the industry alive and strong. Your wisdom and resilience are the foundation on which today’s successes are built.”
He also stressed that the team is the most reliable mechanism and wished the staff health, energy and well-being.
