The tractor operator sustained a serious injury on the job.

      On July 27, 2025, a 42-year-old tractor driver of JSC breeding farm "Sokolovka" in the Zuevsky District sustained a serious injury. While washing a tractor he tripped over a hose and fell onto a metal gangway. A medical examination confirmed that the man suffered a severe fracture. The commission determined that the cause of the injury was the victim's own inattention, as well as the absence of proper safety measures at the tractor-washing site. It was also found that the enterprise did not provide the worker with all necessary personal protective equipment and allowed the tractor driver to work without undergoing mandatory occupational health and safety training. Although these violations did not directly lead to the accident, they indicate a breach of occupational safety regulations. The question of bringing the enterprise and the responsible persons to liability under Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation is under consideration.
