Russia has created an HR AI agent that processes 100 candidates per minute.
The system reads sets of 12 documents — passport, SNILS, INN, employment record book and others — and recognizes the data without using graphics cards, RIA Novosti reports. The AI agent can run on a computer, smartphone or server and does not transmit data to the cloud, which enhances security. "Now the limiting factor is not the system itself but the speed of image upload. Our AI agent works faster than a human, freeing people from routine bureaucracy," said Smart Engines CEO Vladimir Arlazarov. The technology supports more than 100 types of Russian and foreign documents, including handwritten ones, and can be used for mass hiring, including of foreign employees.
