The Ministry of Transport will prepare a program to develop public transport in Kirov Oblast.
Recently the government published an order "On the development of a program for the development (modernization) of public transport in the territory of Kirov Oblast until 2030." It states that the regional Ministry of Transport will be responsible for the development, approval, updating and posting online of the above-mentioned program.
In particular, Ministry of Transport specialists will have to create the program, taking into account information from local self-government bodies, coordinate it with federal authorities, approve it and publish it on their website by October 1. The program will be updated every year.
Earlier we wrote that a working group from the ANO "Public Transport", established under the Ministry of Transport of Russia, arrived in Kirov Oblast recently. The results of the trip will form the basis for the public transport development program in Kirov Oblast.
