The Ministry of Construction of the Kirov Region reported a positive conclusion from the state examination on the design for the major overhaul of the 136-meter bridge over the Lyulchenka River and a 57-meter section of the overpass on Vorovskogo Street in Kirov. The work involves replacing the asphalt pavement; this will allow the design speed to be increased by 20 kilometers per hour.
The client for the project is the municipal institution "Directorate for the Improvement of the City of Kirov." The designer is LLC "Institute Dorproekt."
